European Human Rights Court Finds Germany's Decision to Refuse Parent Contact with Child Violated Parent's Rights Under Article 8

The Ariana-Leilani Childrens Foundation International applauds The European Court of Human Rights Court ruling that found that Germany denied a natural parent's human rights by denying him access to his child -- even though he was only the natural father, and not the legal father.  The parent was not a citizen of Germany.  Mr. Anayo was awarded damages.
